Terms of Service

LAST UPDATED · JULY 2026

1. The service

KickStartMVP deploys and hosts applications you provide — via upload, our CLI, or a deploy prompt run by your own AI tools. We build your code, run it in an isolated container, and serve it on a URL. If automated deployment fails, we may have a person assist in getting your app live, depending on your plan.

2. Your account

You're responsible for your account credentials and your personal deploy token. Anything deployed with your token counts as deployed by you. Keep the token secret; you can rotate it at any time from your dashboard.

3. Your code and content

You keep all rights to the code and content you deploy. You grant us the limited right to build, store, and run it in order to provide the service. You can download your source or delete your apps at any time; deleting an app removes its container and stored source.

4. Acceptable use

Don't deploy anything illegal, malicious (malware, phishing, spam infrastructure), or abusive of the platform (crypto mining, resource abuse, attacks on other systems). Apps run with resource limits; we may suspend apps that endanger the platform or other customers, and we'll tell you when we do.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically. You can cancel any time; paid features remain active until the end of the billing period. Plan limits (such as the number of live apps) apply as described on the pricing page.

6. Availability and disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" while in early access. We work to keep deployed apps available but do not currently offer an uptime SLA. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes we'll notify you by email or in the dashboard. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
